4th of July Cakes & Cookies

This Fourth of July, wow your guests with one of our hand made holiday cakes. We begin with layers of gourmet chocolate cake sandwiched between layers of real whipped cream and raspberries. We then top our cakes with rows of fresh blueberries, raspberries, and whipped cream in the pattern of the American flag. Lastly, we adron the sides with thin bits of high quality Callebaut chocolate that finishes the cake, making it one you won't want to pass on this Summer.

Our cookies, made with real butter, are baked fresh daily and have just the right balance of snap and flavor which have made them one of Champagne's all time favorite bakery items. We have been imitated, but accept no lower quality sugar cookie, found at other cafes and coffee shops. Our cookies those that truly must be experienced.
